Description
A fruity-fresh yet balsamic fragrance.
Being extracted from the resin of the Malayan agarwood, Oud is one of the rarest, most precious ingredients in the perfumer’s repertoire. It is hard to obtain and known to be one of the most valuable gifts of nature. It’s worth more than its weight in gold. An aromatic resin with subtle notes, it is used only for the most exclusive and enigmatic perfume mixtures. In the »Alphabet Collection« the Oud scent is celebrated from an entirely new perspective. We have created a composition that is sexy, deep and woody thanks to the Oud, and at the same time appears to be fresh, free and floating. The woody, almost animalesque, balmy and honey-like feel of the Oud is contrasted by a crisp overtone of blackcurrant, grapefruit, lemon and juicy fig&mdashlending the fragrance a beguiling freshness and lightness. Rose, violet, vetiver and leather come together to underline the Oud tone in the heart and base notes in an impressive and scenic way. An exclusive and highly sophisticated composition&mdashelaborate, full of tension and uncompromising.
HOW TO USE
• When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface. Let it harden.
• Regularly cut the wick. The ideal length is 3-5 mm.
• Be sure to centre the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax.
• We recommend airing your interior after burning a candle.
• A candle is finished, and should not be relit, when only 5 mm of wax remains or the metal wick sustainer becomes visible.
• The glass containers can be kept and used as you see fit, as bud vases, brush or pencil pots, tealight holders, etc.
